- Top 10 Neo Soul SongsThat is a good Top 10 but I can think of a ton of Neo Souls songs I think is better. It really is subjective in my opinion but songs like Lina "Smooth" and Gaopele "Closer To My Dream" could easily be in the Top 10. Dwele's "Know Your Name" is something more recent but when I first heard I had to go out and buy it.
- Neo-soul top 10 listPersonally I think the list is limited and going with the usual suspects. How about A. Keys (anything from Songs in A Minor); Groove Theroy - Tell Me; Zhane -Hey Mr. DJ; A. Hamilton - Coming from Where I'm From.... Also, I wouldn't consider the Isleys or Al Green neo-soul but soul artists. Neo-soul was "coined" in the late 80's/early 90's with the emergence of hip/hop.
